Our Goal
The Distillers Table has been curating in-person tasting experiences across the Niagara region for the past three years, creating opportunities to explore exceptional spirits, craft beer, and thoughtfully produced wines in a welcoming and engaging setting. What began as intimate tasting gatherings has evolved into a broader platform dedicated to celebrating makers, diverse styles, and the stories behind every bottle and barrel.

The Distillers Table, in collaboration with Suntory Global Brands and Ludology, delivered an unforgettable evening of “Whiskeys Around the World.” Guests savored six exquisite whiskeys from Scotland, America, Canada, Japan, Ireland, and a master-crafted blend—all thoughtfully paired with an elegant three-course meal by Ludology. From the walnut, fig, and goat cheese salad to the bourbon-glazed chicken with roasted vegetables, and the indulgent chocolate ganache tart with salted caramel, every bite complemented the rich, diverse whiskey lineup. The night was a celebration of flavor, craftsmanship, and community, leaving attendees with memories to savor long after the final toast.
The Ludology Event Space
Our November 9th event will be hosted by Ludology Boardgame Café, utilizing their brand-new outdoor event space in the back. This beautiful and private venue offers the perfect ambiance for an intimate evening of whiskey exploration. With the cozy atmosphere and open-air surroundings, guests will be able to enjoy the tasting experience in a relaxed, yet sophisticated environment, making it the ideal setting for an unforgettable night of whiskey, food, and camaraderie.
